With the AI you already use
Your AI does the writing, and its free version can be enough: the first version of Pullpace was tried end to end with the free version of ChatGPT (October 2026). The other AIs will be tried before the test.
In the works · Testing soon in Switzerland
Pull-ups, push-ups, running, mobility: you choose how to create your plan, your AI writes it (ChatGPT or another; its free version may be enough), Pullpace checks it against fixed rules, places it in your calendar and guides you through every session, timers included.
Pullpace is a training tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice.

Lower yourself as slowly as possible until your arms are straight.
Either way, your AI writes the plan and Pullpace checks it.
You answer a few questions: your goal, your level, your days and time, your equipment, the movements you want to avoid. You choose how long the plan lasts, from 7 days to 16 weeks depending on your level.
You have a plan in mind: your club’s, one from a book, from a coach, or your own. Describe it, and Pullpace prepares the request that gets your AI to put it in shape. Your AI replaces an exercise Pullpace doesn’t know with the closest one in its library, and the app shows you the replacements it reports.
Not a plan from a healthcare professional: Pullpace doesn’t do rehabilitation.
No precise goal yet? A few questions about what you’d like to do, even vague ones, and your AI suggests a goal, within limits set by the app. Don’t like it? Ask for another.
Create, import or get inspired. Before you create a plan, you answer a short safety questionnaire.
Pullpace writes the request. You read it, copy it and paste it into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Le Chat. You can chat with your AI before it answers.
Your AI writes the plan, in phases or day by day. Pullpace checks every exercise, every session and every day. If something is wrong, the app writes the correction message: you just paste it back.
Pullpace places the sessions in your calendar, two a day at most, and makes every fourth week lighter. During the session, it counts your sets, times your rests and alerts you with a sound or a vibration.
Each session has a level: rest, easy, moderate or hard. A gauge and a word show it, not just a colour. On days without a session, the app suggests gentle stretching, if you want it.
Phase 1 · weeks 1 to 4
Example: the first 4 weeks of an 8-week plan.
AI writes good plans, but it sometimes gets things wrong. Pullpace checks every plan against fixed rules that the AI cannot get around: movements to avoid, length of sessions and days, intensity, rest, progression and running volume. A plan that breaks them is rejected.
Your AI chooses from a list filtered by your equipment, your level and the movements you want to avoid. An exercise outside the list is rejected.
Pullpace estimates how long each session takes, progression included. More than 15% over the time you planned, and the plan is rejected; a small overrun is flagged. A day with two sessions has its own cap too.
At most two days with a hard session in any 7 days, never two days in a row, and never two hard sessions on the same day.
A day’s running stays at most 10% above your longest running day of the previous 4 weeks, with a small rounding tolerance; in the first 4 weeks, your longest run of the past month counts too. A 12-minute running day is always allowed. If you don’t run yet, or very little, fixed caps per day and per 7 days apply, then rise by 10% a week.
Sets, reps, durations, rests and paces stay within fixed limits. From one phase to the next, a strength exercise’s volume rises by a third at most.
If the answer doesn’t pass, Pullpace tells your AI why, in a message you paste into the same conversation.
These rules are provisional: no sports professional has reviewed them yet. The check doesn’t guarantee that a plan suits you.
Pullpace counts the sessions you’ve done, your milestones and your full weeks in a row. If your plan has a goal, a test at the end, and at the start except for running, shows how far you’ve come.
Missed a session? The Musclosaurus won’t lecture you: it shows you the next one.

No account, no Pullpace server. The app sends none of your training data: the request for your AI only leaves your phone if you paste it yourself, and you can read all of it first.
From 7 days to 16 weeks depending on your level, written in phases or day by day for 3 weeks at most, with a second session only on the days you planned one. Calisthenics, strength, running and mobility can be mixed in the same plan.
During the session, your phone keeps its screen on and, at the end of each timer, alerts you with a sound or a vibration. No device to buy or connect.
Pullpace is in the works, in French first. Leave your email: we’ll write when the app is available in English.
In the meantime, email us: we’ll add you to the list by hand.

Pullpace will be a small subscription, about the price of a coffee a month, to cover development costs. The exact price will be announced before launch. During the test, the app is free for testers. Pullpace has no AI costs to pass on to you: your AI writes the plan.

So that your training data stays with you and Pullpace has no AI costs to pass on to you. You keep your AI, your settings and your conversation: you can ask it about your plan whenever you like.
The app sends none of your training data: your answers, your plan and your sessions stay on your phone. To receive fixes, the test version only checks whether an update exists, using technical data. If you choose to, you can send us a technical report, with no free text and no health data.
The request for your AI contains your age, your goals, your level, your availability, your equipment, your current running if you run and, if you give them, the movements you want to avoid, the area you want to strengthen and your free texts, or, in Import mode, the description of your plan. The app never adds your name. It only leaves your phone if you paste it yourself. Everything is explained in the privacy policy (in French).
For healthy adults (18 and over). Not if you are injured, in pain or in rehabilitation, nor to follow a plan from a healthcare professional; during pregnancy, only with a healthcare professional’s advice. You train at your own risk.
No. Neither Pullpace nor its creator is a healthcare professional. Your plan is written by your AI; the app checks it against fixed rules, but this is not medical advice. AI can be wrong, including about health: never follow advice that feels risky to you. If you have a health condition, an injury or pain, or if you are pregnant, consult a healthcare professional before you start. You train at your own risk: to the extent permitted by law, Pullpace and its creator accept no liability.
Stop. During or after a session, you can tap “I’m in pain”: the session stops and your plan is paused. Pullpace doesn’t adapt a plan to pain: ask a healthcare professional for advice. In an emergency, call 144.

Pullpace is in the works, in French first. First comes a test with a small group, then a closed beta, then the launch in Switzerland on iPhone and Android, once the beta criteria are met. English comes after French. People on the waiting list will hear first.
